As a photographer I enjoy your positive comments about my photographs however, what I would really appreciate is your helpful thoughtful critiques. It is only through your eyes I will learn to work better. I wish I could respond to all your wonderful comments but I may not be able to respond to every one due to time consumption....which I would prefer to use looking at your images but I do read them all and enjoy them. Thank you......Dennis

Merci ...... Den

I don't like nor can I appreciate Modern Art...Personally I feel that this type of sham art is to hoodwink art lovers. And the millionaires / industrialists etc. pay through their nose for these worthless pieces of work and popularise them !Picaso himself has admitted that he painted these for money..I understand.
I also feel that those who cannot paint like Turner, John Constable or Rembrandt resort to this !

@Devi: Well stated Devi. I couldn't agree with you more. Some would say that I am uncultured and/or uneducated in art however I would not call paint thrown in the backwash of an airplane and landing on a canvas or paintings created by elephants and monkeys art, but if the result called to me at some level I might consider hanging it on my wall... although I would not consider paying more for them than I would for a used house painter's drop-cloth. For people that pay exorbitant prices for this sort of art , it is not about appreciating of good art but the possession of such. Now I do have this image I call Mellon Lake....would you like to purchase it. :>) ....I could sell it to you cheap.

Adela Fonts from Barcelona, Spain
